As we bid farewell to 2023, it stands as a testament to resilience, growth, and notable achievements for the ProcurePro team. Emerging from the shadows of the pandemic, the year marked a pivotal period of recovery and technology innovation for our team.

Furthering our path to recovery we dedicated ourselves to aiding our clients in their journey towards progress. Notably, we led the sourcing, selection and contracting of an SDWAN Managed Service for a loyal Fintech client. Simultaneously, we guided another client in the window and door manufacturing sector towards selecting a new ERP solution, further solidifying our commitment to diverse and dynamic digital transformation projects.

The highlight of our year was the culmination of two years of meticulous design work, leading to the selection of a technology platform for our project, www.ProcureHub.ca. The B2B Services Marketplace was officially launched in June at the SME Expo held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. This achievement symbolized not just a technological milestone but a significant stride towards empowering entrepreneurs and SMB businesses through innovative solutions.

Securing a new office space in Pickering provided us with a modern, expansive environment fostering collaboration and team synergy. While remote work has its merits, the joy of in-person brainstorming sessions resonates with the team, creating a dynamic work culture.

Introducing Mujneen Nahar as our Client Success and Marketing Coordinator was a pivotal move towards refreshing our brand identity. As ProcureHub continues to grow, her expertise contributes to our journey of scaling and evolving in the competitive market.

Fulfilling a longstanding goal, the launch of the online self-paced training course “The 4 Steps to Agile Procurement” on Udemy marked a significant stride in our commitment to knowledge sharing and skill development.

The recognition on the cover of CIO Magazine and being named a Top Visionary and Extraordinary Women Leader to Watch in 2023 was both a humbling honour and a validation of the hard work invested.

Our year was beautifully capped off with the Whitby Chamber of Commerce Peter Perry Business Excellence Award for small businesses, a testament to our dedication and commitment to the Durham Region business community.

Looking ahead to 2024, our sights are set on securing the necessary funding to propel ProcureHub into a global marketplace for Small and Medium Businesses across Canada and the US. The journey has just begun, and with gratitude for the past and enthusiasm for the future, we wish everyone a joyous holiday season and a wildly successful new year.
